The website deals with vacation rental system. The objective was to develop a vacation rental website. It has both owned and rented vacation property. Members can register into site and place their property for rental or look for a property for their vacation.

Solution: 

The site gives detail information about the property for a vacation like price, location and environment. User can search for a property based on locations in a country or state. Through this, he can get the details about location, whether he can get rent for a property for his vacation. User can register or pay in advance for the property for his vacation. User is displayed latest 10 properties details where he can get details about his property like number rooms available, facilities provided and can also shows uploaded photo copies of the property.

Users can also post their queries to the respected property owners. Users can post queries to the admin also.

Members have to register their property for rents. They are provided with packages for the properties. Members have to give details description for their properties like location price, features list and activities list. Even member can upload photos for their property.

Member rents the property through paying according to packages. Payments are made trough pay pal and member can buy the property and can also pay to property owner through pay pal or cheque. Site can be managed through administration module.
