Government Web Applications - Sterling

Objective:

The objective of sterling is to send requests via a standard protocol to the separate and distinct product that the vendor gets back. It results practically instantaneously in a format (HR-XML) that can be electronically leveraged for routing and decision-making.

Solution:

The vendor must automate the searching and retrieval off criminal history records from the following few municipal sources and up to 100 vendors: 

Colorado: Cocourts system (HTTP request)

Minnesota (Database)

Maine InforMe System (HTTP request)

Wisconsion, Administrative Office of the courts (HTTP).
